I love numbers.  So as today’s date approached, I thought about  making something to commemorate this number.  I considered a 12″ square quilt, but for me, that only seemed like two twelves, not three.  Then this morning, I woke up with the thought to make a cube, a cube that was 12cm on each side, 12x12x12.  With 12 pieces on each side.  And as long as I was making a cube, it might as well be a box.  So, starting at 12:12 this afternoon, in a little under 12 hours, that’s what I did.
